A Renaissance Revival Onyx and Champlevé Planter with Cloisonné Enamel Urns

About the Item

A very fine quality renaissance revival gilt-bronze and champlevé planter, with oval bowl and caryatid handles, a regal mask head to either side and with central enameled band, flanked by a pair of Gilt-Bronze onyx and Cloisonné Enamel Covered Urns with exquisite caryatid handles and centaur masks flanking the belly of the urn. The covers are comprised of flaming torch finials resting upon bushels of grape vines.
