About the Item
Decorate a mantel or buffet with this colorful pair of antique urns. Crafted in France, circa 1870, each vessel stands on a square bronze base decorated with concave corner. Each cassolette is dressed with a lid embellished with decorative cone-shaped bronze finial over a pierced bronze neck; the urn is decorated with elegant swan face figures side handles and further embellished with floral swag mounts draping around the body under the traditional Louis XVI ribbon bow.
