Fabulous Japanese earthenware Satsuma vase depicting several rakan (Sk. Arhats, holy disciples of the historical Buddha) and moriage (raised enamel) white dragon. Satsuma Ceramic with mark. Japan – Meiji period (1868-1912) Mark at the base. Additional information: Material: Porcelain & Pottery Japanese Style: Satsuma Region of Origin: Japan Period: 19th century, 20th century Meiji Periode (1867-1912) Age: 19th century Original/Reproduction: Original Condition: With minimal loss of gilding. And some ware to the silver. Some of the stars have some paste on the inside, should be easy to remove. Dimension: 17 H cm
