Art Nouveau Austrian Art Glass Vase in Green Iridescent and Gold Relief Vine

$875

About

This gorgeous Art Nouveau handblown glass vase features a mottled pattern throughout, consisting of a constellation of celadon flecks suspended in translucent glass. A scrolling foliate pattern resembling a blooming poppy plant is inscribed on the surface in pearlescent relief. The lip and base features a lovely gold iridescence. This is an exceptional example of Art Nouveau design, in the style of Tiffany & Co. at a much more accessible price point. It would make a wonderful objet d'art to adorn an etagere or side table and, of course, an elegant flower vase. Excellent condition. Austrian, Circa 1920 Dimensions: 6.75"H X 4.25"Diameter
