This vessel is made from a original bioplastic recipe. Similar vessels have been seen at the Whitney Museum Gift Shop in New York City. Each piece is one of a kind and biodegradable. Please refrain from filling vase directly with water as it will weaken the integrity of the product.

Caroline Zimbalist
Caroline Zimbalist is an artist and designer who hand creates one-of-a-kind works using nontraditional processes and techniques, sculpting bioplastic and natural materials into three dimensional forms. She’s studied painting, illustrating and sculpting since she was four and further discovered a love for avant-garde design while studying abroad at Central Saint Martins, London. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion from Parsons School of Design and currently works as a designer at a NYC based clothing line.
