About the Item
Created by the concept of actual notion of CALM, this collection bring to our homes the hand crafted work using corn husks and an exclusive look like lace fabric weaving. Made by women rural community in Brazil that grow and harvest corn, using the husks to create this beautiful and unique peaces, full of love and art. Created by Ana Penso, who loves to built a bridge between art and design, offering to this community the opportunity to grow and learn more about the power of design and entrepreneurship. Each peace represent a figure. The Morro do Cal, a beautiful hill near Curitiba, full of green nature and sun light is the inspiration to draw this collection. When you arrange the four pieces like the images you can see Morro do Cal at your home! All natural fibers are internal use only.
