Falling in Love Gold Couple Vases
About the Item
This couple of porcelain vases is an ironical representation of love and its most known symptom, the “butterflies in the stomach”. The inside (stomach) of these anthropomorphic vases shows a multitude of butterflies dancing in the sparkling glares of gold 23k. Each butterfly is different from the others because they are completely handmade, one by one, making these vases true artworks. The precious gold is applied by hand and fixed through an additional meticulous firing process.
