French Green and Mustard Two Handle Vase with Narrow Neck
About the Item
Found in France, this French vase dates from approximately 1910. This piece stands 14.75” high and has a body with 8-1/4” diameter at the base and two shoulder form handles on the sides and a narrow neck. Vessel has a dark mustard-colored glaze on the outside lower half and a green glaze at the top and handles. . The white blotches on top front in photos are the reflection of our studio lighting and NOT flaws in the glaze. There is some scattered age-related wear - chips/flakes to glaze, chip to base but no structural damage or repairs. These older, traditional French pots are getting more difficult to come by and at the time of this posting, we have a good amount of inventory in various sizes, shapes and glazes. Please inquire if you are interested in a group or other pieces from our current available inventory.
