Hacker 1 Vase #5

About the Item

The checkerboard and striped effect showcased by this superb vase requires complex technical skills to compose the geometric shapes on a curved surface. Carefully cut pieces of basalt, green onyx, rainbow onyx, and white Sivec marble are selected, cut, and composed in a tall cylindrical shape with a tapered base. The process used will give life to unique pieces, as the natural stones reveal specific and unrepeatable colors, veining and features. This piece is part of The Hacker Collection by Paolo De Vivo introduced at the 2019 Milan Design Week.
