Rare pair of superb trumpet-shaped vases with embossed cloud motif and casted dragons, from the Edo Period (1603-1868). Deep chocolate color bronze with a rich patina and highlights on the dragons.

    Japan, an exceptionally tall 29" antique monumental monochrome amber yellow crackle glazed dragon vase with a dramatic and impressive "curling dragon" wrapped around its stem.
