Large Antique French Art Deco Charles Schneider Glass Bowl Iron Stand 1920

About the Item

A large antique French Art Deco hand blown glass bowl/vessel, by Charles Schneider (Le Verre Francais), circa 1920. The large globular hand-blown glass vessel having a variegated and mottled hues of orange, with a lighter colored flared rim and darker orange globular base, the base is signed "Schneider France". The vessel is housed in a hand forged iron base in the style of Edgar Brandt and stands on a tripod base with scrolled feet. This is an unusually large vessel by Schneider, in fabulous condition, no damage or restoration.
