GUIDO GAMBONE - VIETRI - Rare Mid Century monumental studio ceramic vessel / jug - hand painted - thick, frothy, gritty glaze (sand added in production) - signed with a donkey and VIETRI on the base - Italy - circa 1950's.
Good vintage condition - old restoration to the neck and handle (see photos) - one glaze chip - glaze crackle in areas - signs of age and use.
Size/Dimensions - Large - 8 1/2" (21.5 cm.) Diameter x 17 3/8" (44.0 cm.) High.
