Murano glass geometric vases by Arte Muranese Italy 2000 / Set of 2

About the Item

This exquisite set of two geometric vases showcases the timeless artistry of Arte Muranese, a venture that originated in Murano in 1983 under the guidance of master glassblower Luciano Nicetto. Luciano, having spent over three decades in various prestigious Murano furnaces like Seguso Vetri d'Arte and Vincenzo Nason, decided to venture into independent business. This marked the beginning of a new era, characterized by a harmonious blend of artistic expression, refinement, and innovation. In 1990, Luciano's son, Gianni, joined the same artistic journey, guided by the example and teachings of his father. This continuity preserves the family tradition of working with Murano glass. The combination of the father's experience and the son's creativity at Arte Muranese results in the creation of modern, classic, unique, and exceptional vases and lamps. These pieces represent a fusion of innovative materials and colors, reflecting a seamless integration of traditional Murano craftsmanship with contemporary art. This set of geometric vases is not just a testament to skilled craftsmanship but also a celebration of the enduring legacy of Murano glass artistry. A true masterpiece, these vases exemplify the delicate balance between tradition and innovation that defines Arte Muranese.
