Murano Sommerso Purple Blue Italian Art Glass Abstract Vintage Flower Vase
About the Item
Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown Sommerso purple to light blue Italian art glass abstract shape flower vase. The piece has a unique shape with the open top of the vase looking like an open flower (specially from the top down). It has a ribbed design, Ombre color fade, and a layer of UV reactive glass. As you can see from the photos on the black background, the vase does glow neon green under a black light. Would make a great display piece on any credenza, console table or dresser. Fill it with flowers or display it as a sculptural piece in your home. Late Mid-century era. The vase measures 11 1/2” tall x 5 1/2" long x 5 1/4” wide.
