New Modern Vase in Marble Creator Arthur Arbesser

About the Item

Vase in Black Marquinia, White Michelangelo, Arabescato Vagli Filo Rosso, Green Guatemala and Blu Sodalite marbles. Size: 20 x 12 x 32 cm, 7.9 x 4.7 x 12.6 in, smooth finishing. Commercial name: Piero, Masters Collection by the Austrian designer Arthur Arbesser. Made in Italy, hand finished. Uno, nessuno, centomila (“One, no one and one hundred thousand”) In the words of Yves Saint Laurent, “There is no such thing as black, but many shades of black”. And the Piero vase appears to emerge from the variety of this colour/non-colour. It owes its shape to the elegant materials used and, as a result, to their colours, defining geometries, rounded shapes and pairings that stun for their pure beauty. ** Vases made of various marbles cannot guarantee water tightness, better not to use for cut flowers unless with vials for each flower, an internal glass/plastic jar or gel water pearls.
