Oblique Slender in Nebula

About the Item

Oblique Slender in Nebula Oblique Slender a refined and elegant Patterned Vessel featuring faceted and sharp edges. Drawing inspiration from the geometric formations found in diamonds and mountain ranges each unique piece brings an element of raw beauty to any space. Beginning with an advanced computational algorithm, the design process of the Oblique Slender collection is a journey that ends with a breathtaking result. Each piece is slip-cast to ensure flawless edges, then hand-glazed and fired in a kiln. As the slanted edges interact with the molten glaze, an unpredictable metamorphosis takes place, resulting in a truly one-of-a-kind piece that embodies the essence of the Oblique Slender collection. Oblique Slender is a celebration of creativity and the beauty of the unpredictable. These pieces are handcrafted with care and precision, and the result is a line of objects that truly come to life, bringing beauty and wonder to any space they inhabit. Nebula starts its life unlike any other clay bodies. White clay is treated using a specially formulated mason stain to transform it into an ethereal black color as dark as the night sky. The matte green matte metallic contrasts with sprinkles of purple and blue tones to create a mysterious feeling resembling a cosmic interstellar nebulae. These vases are decorative only and not intended to be used with water. Color and pattern may vary slightly from the image shown.
