Pair of 18th Century Bronze Tibetan Vases

About the Item

This pair of antique 18th century vases are cast entirely in bronze, and have ovoid-form bodies which are decorated with reliefs of birds, flowers and trees. The bodies are surmounted by waisted, tubular necks which are mounted with twin elephant-form handles and lead to petal rims. The vases sit on short, waisted punch bases.
