Foundry of Paris recognized worldwide that work with the best artists, including (Sevin) The French designer Louis-Constant Sévin (1821-1888) worked as chief designer at the Barbedienne foundry from 1855, and remained there for twenty three years. Sévin was a highly skilled craftsman, who was responsible for the creation of the most most varied and innovative objects for Barbedienne's Principal collaborateur de Ferdinand Barbedienne de 1855 à 1888, Louis-Constant Sévin joue un rôle actif dans l’union de l’art et de l’industrie. À l’instar de Frédéric-Eugène Piat, il est l’un des plus importants sculpteurs-ornemanistes.
