The vase from the Alba series, especially the N.3 vase, is a unique piece that embraces the artisanal process. Manufactured without the use of molds, each vase absorbs the distinct contours and textures of the artist's hand, resulting in a clean and complex shape. This approach celebrates the beauty of irregularities created during the manual process, transforming them into tacit elements that contribute to the history and personality of the piece. The N.3 vases are made to order and typically measure around 45 to 50 cm in height, with slight variations possible. Despite continuous production, each piece maintains its singularity, as the details of its shape differ from one another. This uniqueness is evident in the attached images, all representing the Alba N.3 vase but showcasing distinct pieces with similar shapes. The entire production process is 100% manual, utilizing the coiling technique. The modeling phase takes approximately 7 days, followed by a drying period of two to three weeks before undergoing the bisque firing process. Afterward, the piece is glazed and subjected to a second firing at 1240 degrees Celsius in an oxidation atmosphere.
