About the Item

Vase: Amazing midcentury mouth-blown rostrato crystal Murano glass vase. This wonderful object was produced during the 1940s in Italy by Ercole Barovier for Barovier & Toso. This masterpiece is a fantastic tribute to the incredible workmanship of the Rostrato glass will match surprisingly with any floral arrangement and also by itself. The vase is in excellent vintage condition with no nicks or scratches. Good condition but note a couple of slightly chipped teeth and a crack on the inside not visible from the outside. Measures (cms): Diameter - 17 height - 25 Basket: Ercole Barovier Transparent Rostrato glass basket vase. Exquisite Rostrato Murano art glass basket vase with two leaves of decoration on the edges. Ercole Barovier for Barovier and Toso. Italy, circa 1940s. Good condition but one of the two decoration leaves has a small lesion as can be seen in photo. Dimension: 24 height, 24 diameter.
