Tall Signed Murano Vase with Wide Band of Applied Stringing
About the Item
circa 1990s extra large Murano glass vase in a subtle burgundy ombre tone is 11.5” wide and 12” tall. Wavy rim and wide band of applied stringing with gold inclusions add visual flair. Original Murano label still affixed with glassworks code 036 which is Artigianato Muranese. We believe this piece is by Sergio Costantini, and it does have an etched signature on underside of base, but we cannot make out the name.
No chips, cracks, repairs or flaws found.
