Paul Kedelv (Sweden, 1917-1990)
The great glass designer began his artistic career from 1949 to 1956, when he created for the Swedish glass factory Flygsfors, which produced only window glass, then from 1952 specialized in multi-glasses. For his objects, Kedelv has chosen solid, rounded shapes and contrasting bright and trendy colors. Kedelv's commitment to Flygsfors lasted only seven years, the time to create an unmistakable style still today.
Between 1956 and 1977, Kedelv worked in glass processing in Reijmyre. Then the glass artist designed products for the Nybro factories in Frøske and the glass hut in Fåglaviks.
