American Soda King Co. Chrome and Glass Siphon Seltzer Water Bottle, 1950s
About the Item
This original American soda (Seltzer water) chromed metal bottle was designed and manufactured by Soda King Co. in the 1950s. From the party or cocktail culture, these bottles were first used in cafes and restaurants and were adapted in the 1950s (design and aesthetics) for domestic use. Because of the thickness, they were very durable and could be recharged innumerable times. The chromed metal cladding gives a very playful look to this barware must-have.
The seltzer bottle is in good condition, with minor wear on the metal. We recommend this bar accessory for decoration use only. We cannot guarantee the functioning of the gas cartridge system.
