Antique English Victorian Cranberry Cut Glass Decanter
About the Item
A fine antique cut glass decanter.
In cranberry cased glass.
With a single applied ring to the neck and wheel cut panels, a star cut base, and a field of finely cut body - all cut in a clear glass layer casing a cranberry interior.
With a conforming, petal shaped stopper.
Simply a wonderful piece of English glass!

Overall Condition:
It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition.
Condition Details:
There are some small chips and fritting to the rim of the decanter. There is some light fritting to the high points and facets here & there.
There is a chip (or missed cut?) to the tip of the stopper, a small chip to one of its petals, and some fritting to the bottom of the stopper.
Otherwise, both decanter and stopper have some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
