Joseph crossard French silver gold plated and Engraved traveling liqueur Bottle, 1900. A French Art Nouveau crystal bottle, richly decorated with gold plated finish. Consisting of a lid with round knob, collar and removable cup that encases the base. The crystal is engraved with Art Nouveau floral motif. The bottle has fully French hallmarks. Master's mark of silversmith Joseph Crossard, active from 1900-1920, whose company was located at 36 rue de Montmorency in Paris, Minerva head, used from 1838-1973 and the Dutch silver hallmark ZI. This silver is 950/1000 purity of silver and is gold plated. The dimensions are 14.5 cm high and 3.5 cm diagonal. The bottle is boxed in original box (shows trace of use) The fabric in the box shows the same floral motif. The total weight is 330 grams.
