Mid-Century French Painted Faience Cow, Barrel and Shot Glasses Composition
About the Item
Decorate a bar with this colorful, antique Majolica sculpture composition! Created in Normandy, France circa 1960, the ceramic jardinière features a cow sculpture carrying a Calvados barrel with its original metal faucet and its removable top; it is further embellished with all six shot glasses hooked on the bovine's back. The unique bar accessory is well decorated with a green base and the cow is beautifully hand-painted in the blue and white palette. The piece, stamped on the bottom, is in excellent condition and flaunts a palette of rich colors. Decorate a wet bar or a shelf with this unusual faience liquor serving set.
