This charming Sterling Silver Kiddish Cup with Hebrew Lettered Base is by Ludwig Holpert and originates from the United States, Circa 1970. Featuring a tapered form and beautifully scaled proportions, the base is inscribed with a Hebrew blessing traditionally said over wine. The piece is highly modern with beautifully described lettering, anchoring to timeless practices in a fresh and beautiful geometric form. A matching example is currently housed in the collection of the Jewish Museum in New York City.
