Vintage Sherry Decanter in Etched & Engraved Glass from Orrefors, 1960s

About the Item

Fine hand-engraved and acid-etched decanter in blown glass. The blue original stopper, the engraved leaves and grapes indicates that it meant for storing sherry made from the grape/wine Palomino. However it will store and contain your whiskey, cognac or gin just fine as well. The stopper has a firm fit making it perfect for preserving most spirits and liquors. It was made by Orrefors in Sweden circa 1950-60s based upon a design from the 1930s. Measurements: Height: 24 cm, Diameter: 15 cm. Capacity: 0.7 liter.
