A magnificent, fine and impressive antique Danish sterling silver centrepiece bowl made by Georg Jensen in the Arts and Crafts style; an addition to our ornamental silverware collection. This magnificent antique Danish sterling silver bowl/centrepiece has an oval rounded form. The surface of this exceptional example of antique silverware has a subtly planished finish. The body of this large silver centrepiece is fitted with four impressive articulated hallmarked ring loop handles ornamented with impressive grape vine decoration. The impressive Georg Jensen silver bowl is supported by an impressive embossed and chased decorated foot, accented with an undulating border enveloped with further grape cluster and vine designs. The upper portion of the foot is embellished with a broad lobed border.
