About the Item
Made in Italy, 1950s.
This is an elegant set of serving bowls.
It is made up of entirely worked glass, then blown and modeled exclusively by hand. This gives birth to the precious and pleasant slight differences between one piece and another.
This elegant spiral process is often found in the manufacturing of Vetreria Etrusca.
It is mistakenly thought that only Murano is the home of glass in Italy, but there has also been a tradition of glass blowing in Empoli since the 13th century, an area renowned since the Renaissance.
The set represents a rarity as it reached us complete and intact.
This is a vintage set, therefore it might show slight traces of use, but it can be considered as in excellent original condition.
