19th Century French, Magnificent Silver Plated Centrepiece with Mirror Base
About the Item
This massive silver plated centerpiece is modeled in “Rococo” style, with its famous “C” and “S” scrolls. Two putti on both side of the handle enlivens the whole piece as they were exchanging conversion over the dining table.
The piece sits on a mirror base, typical design in 18th century Europe, when candle lights reflected on the mirror it creates a dazzling effect in the dining room.
