This is an antique decorative cake stand and sugar bowl. An English, ceramic afternoon tea set, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1890. Delightful decorative appeal to bring a dash of colour to afternoon tea Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order throughout White ceramic ground accentuated with excellent colour Decorated in the Imari manner, a treat of red, gold and blue hues Wide cake stand with striking pattern detail to the top and base Sugar Bowl of distinctive hexagonal shape with matching lid Each hosting the maker's mark to base for Old Derby by Ridgway This is an appealing antique cake stand and sugar bowl, with excellent pattern detail and wonderful colour. Delivered polished and ready to use.
