A Cavalier Toby Jug by William Kent, circa 1900, Staffordshire, England. The Cavalier in 17th century garb. Kent produced copies of period Staffordshire figures & originals. The pink feather edging the hat is a great touch. He is seated on a period chair with a book on the arm rest.
