Early 19th Century Pearlware Pottery Stirrup Cup of a Hound, Circa 1820 The charming pearlware stirrup cup depicts a fox hound with a yellow collar. The hound is naturalistically colored in black and white with some red whiskers around his snout. The neck in yellow depicting a collar. The underside is unusually decorated too which is not typical with the lower jaw in a brown red color. Dimensions: 5 1/8 inches in length x 3 1/8 inches in width x 2 1/8 inches high (Ref: NY10388-aurx)
