About the Item
Handmade ceramic pottery vase in brown, beige, taupe, sand and other earth tones with geometric, spiraling motif. Contrasting dark and light glazes enhance the design. Made in the town of San Juan de Oriente in Nicaragua, famous as the home of an expert pottery community. Signed by the artists, Fanor & Candida Lopez, a husband and wife team who have been making pottery together for nearly three decades, who describe it as a labor of love.
