    Couple of bears by Charles LEMANCEAU at Sainte-Radegonde's, France, ca.1935. French Art Deco ceramic. This model is named "sur la banquise" (on the ice field). It is very rare and very sought after ! Width: 24.4"(62cm), Height: 13.6"(34.5cm). Condition : very good. Some minor defects due to this technic in this period. Illustrated in the Sainte-Radegonde's catalog (see photo). This model exists in two sizes. The piece that we present here is the largest.
