About the Item
A stunning and ornate set of 12 floral dinner plates by Dresden with gilt detail produced in the early 20th century. What makes these so special is the elaborate cut out gallery edge. Franziska Hirsch started her porcelain painting business in Dresden in 1893 and the studio gained a reputation decorating porcelain in the Meissen style and operated until 1930.
