This unique hand-painted Art Nouveau vase is designed and painted by Victor de Winner, Liège, Belgium. The glass is hand-painted in different shades of orange and brown with water lilies and dragonflies. It is signed. This old original vase is in very good condition, the old painting is a little damaged.
