Italian Murano Red and White Art Glass Bowl or Ashtray
About the Item
A beautiful round Italian Murano red and white art glass bowl or ashtray, Mid-Century Modern period, circa mid-20th century, Italy, circa 1960s. Bowl is white and red Murano art glass with three indents around top. The white and red glass is called 'incamicato'; a technique where two layers of glass are combined. In this case, the white outer glass layer and the inside red glass layer. Red hue is vibrant as shown in images.
Dimensions: 4" Diameter x 2.25" Height.
