Substantial silver-plated carving set with column handles designed by Robert Venturi for Swid Powell. The set was manufactured by Reed & Barton for Swid Powell.
It is a playful adaptation of the classical greek orders: when inverted each element becomes a column surmounted by a Doric or Ionic capital.
The set is in mint condition and comes with the original box.
