Vintage Majolica Pitcher - Hand Painted Tin Glaze - Portugal - circa 1943

About the Item

Vintage hand painted tin glaze majolica pitcher - wheel thrown terracotta - hand written notations to the base - Portugal (Santiago) - circa 1943. Excellent vintage condition - small old hairline to the rim (not affecting the integrity of the pitcher) - minor manufacturing flaws consistent with hand made items - glaze crackle consistent with tin glazed items - no loss - no restoration. Size - 8 1/2" Wide x 6 1/2" Deep x 10 1/4" High.
