19th century Ceramic Butter Slab and Cheese Scale Pan 2 good honest pieces of Dairy Shop Equipment, the circular platter is a Butter slab used to portion and pat the block of butter into shape, the other larger square platter is from a Dairy scale Both pieces are used and sound, the square one has a chip on the underside The Round platter is 14.5” in diameter The Scale an is 12” x12” JK76.
