Circular Brass Double headed Eagle Charger, 20th century

About the Item

In the Russian style, a large circular brass serving plate with everted rim, of overall hand hammered design, the center applied with a Russian double headed Romanov eagle holding orb and scepter, enclosing the shield of St. George Slaying the Dragon below a Romanov crown. The reverse stamped with a circular mark in Cyrillic, fitted with a suspension hook. -12 in diam.; 1 ¼ in. high
