C R Ashbee and made by the Guild of Handicrafts.
A set of four Classic silver plated meat covers with wirework handles, rolled edges and an applied triangle to each one for hanging on a wall.
One of the medium ones has an engraved inscription to the base :-
*The*Gift*Of *Emmie*And*Geo*Ansty*8th*December*1898*
I would sell only this one separately for £1500.
I would sell the four for £6500.
Measure: Two large: Height 8 1/4", width at base 10 3/4" length at base 13 3/4".
One medium: Height 7", width at base 9 3/4", length at base 11 1/2".
One small: Height 5", width at base 7 3/4", length at base 10 1/2".
One with the inscription: Height 7", width at base 9 3/4", length at base 11 1/2".
