Danish Modern Teak Handled Serving Tray and Bowl by Jens Quistgaard for Dansk

About the Item

A truly hard-to-find matched set of Dansk Danish modern teak bowl and tray serveware designed by Jens Quistgaard. A very large handled serving tray is accompanied by a shallow serving bowl. The tray was made in Denmark and the bowl was made in Malaysia, but they fit together like hand in glove. Good vintage condition on both. The bowl has a crack on the side, and the tray has a crack in the handle plus a burn mark on the bottom. Gorgeous wood grain on this still very functional serving piece. Bowl measures 14.75" diameter x 2.25" high Underplate or tray is 21.75" diameter from handle to handle.
