French 18th Century Meat Cooker

About the Item

A wonderful 18th century Meat Cooker - Roaster from the Southwest of France. Handsomely crafted in iron. Pieces such as these were set in the fireplace and meat was placed on top to cook the meat. The circular top rotates. A terrific kitchen accent piece.
