Joseph Heinrich's Native American-style copper, abalone, and shell-inlaid salver
of circular form, the patinated copper body with rolled rim, and the center inset with numerous hand-cut abalone mosaic pieces in a sunburst design with seven small shells applied around the permitter.
This work might have the influence of the American Indian Calusa Tribe.
A fine, untouched example, retaining the original patina and inlay.
Stamped 'JOS. HEINRICHS/PARIS + NEW YORK.
