About the Item
Vintage sterling silver large maple leaf bowl by Alfredo Sciarrotta.
Alfredo Sciarrotta, known for high quality and superior craftsmanship, retailed his pieces at many high-end retailers like Gump's of San Francisco, in the mid-20th century. This piece is his iconic leaf design, with 3 ball feet, a loop handle, crimped edges and veining detail.
Measures approx 7" long from end of loop to top tip of leaf, 5 3/4" wide, 2 3/8" deep.
Weighs approx 272g, 175dwt.
Marked GUMP'S HANDMADE BY Sciarrotta 83C STERLING
Very nice condition with some slight surface scratching and light tarnish.
Will be shipped US Priority Mail with insurance.
