Vintage Flatware Set for 10 made in Silve Plated Faux Bamboo, Italy 1960s
About the Item
A Mid Century Modern Vintage Flatware set made in Italy by the historic cutlery company "San Marco" still operating in the Lumezzane area, in the province of Brescia, with the family name "Bugatti".
This cutlery set can be dated between the 60s and 70s, sparkling and fun, it can be combined with different styles for table decoration.
Made of steel and silver plated, it is extremely decorative thanks to the cutlery handles which reproduce thin and truly realistic silver bamboo canes
This service is in good vintage condition but still shows signs of use and age visible in the photos.
The service is made up as follows:
12 forks
12 tablespoons
12 knives
12 dessert spoons
10 dessert forks
1 dessert server
1 ladle
1 large serving spoon.
The service is therefore complete for only 10 people, as 2 dessert forks are missing.
This cutlery set is in good vintage condition but still shows minimal signs of use and aging.
The oxidation spots on the silver plate cannot be completely removed unless you decide to bathe in silver again.
