About the Item

A French silver mounted two-handled earthenware soup crock pot. MARK OF BOIN-TABURET, PARIS, CIRCA 1890 Of brown earthenware, mounted with leafy rocaille rim and boldly cast leaf-capped small loop handles, the slightly domed cover with silver rim and finial formed as a head of cauliflower amongst carrots, fennel, parsnips, and other vegetables, marked on handles and finial Measure: 83/4 in. (22.2 cm.) high Due to the item's age do not expect items to be in perfect condition and I may not describe every little scratch or spot. Please inquire if you have any doubts.
